Susie Salmon has had an extensive career in business consulting within Accounting & Financial Planning services. Her past business successes include;

  • She has built, managed & sold off a number of successful companies. Her most successful was a company called The Strategist Group - where she co-founded the business - yet, through her management principles she led the company to achieve enormous heights - BRW’s top 10 fastest growing companies. She has been involved with selling off different divisions of the company to Macquarie Bank - which exists today as Total Super; and the training division to Kaplan; and trust deed business to Espreon. She was involved with developing Australia’s first multi-media online training business - Finance TV. She has also been the first female partner of a global business management coaching company, Shirlaws. Again, this business became BRW top 10 fastest growing companies.
  • Recently, a business consultant for three years, to over 38 practices within a large Accounting/FP Dealer Group network; inspiring and public speaking at their network functions to over 100 businesses and building strategic modules to enhance and grow their businesses.

Suzanne Ross has also enjoyed considerable success within Accounting & Financial Services;

  • Co founding and developing a scalable multidisciplinary company UPA which provided accounting, investment, finance, business broking, Estate planning and Financial Planning services to its clientele. This Company was managed by her with her unique inspiring and motivational leadership techniques to bring out the potential of the team and achieving goals along with being in BRW’s top privately owned businesses.
  • Suzanne has also had experience in a number of company acquisitions which ultimately lead on to assisting with brokering a sizeable deal with a Public Company.

Guy Callaghan has had an extensive career in working in and consulting to financial services organisations;

  • As a qualified financial adviser Guy has proven to be a successful business strategy consultant with a strong background in business development, relationship management, process engineering, and marketing. He has worked in and with various financial planning, investment management firms and accounting practices. He has effectively implemented business and marketing plan strategies resulting in significant increases in upfront annual revenue from previous year's revenues. He has successfully launched his own business, has a proven track record in the corporate sector as well as a high drive to succeed developed through being an elite athlete, representing his country in swimming at the Olympic Games.
